Our services include, planning, feasibility studies, project diagnosis, engineering design, tender preparation, construction supervision and contract management.
We provide cost effective laboratory and field testing services to measure the conformance of the materials and construction of projects to the specifications.
We also provide independent construction material testing, both in the field and at our laboratory facilities. Since most of the tests are completed in-house, saving our clients time and money.
We aim to provide value engineering to our clients and enhance a better built environment through the services we deliver. We work with our partners to ensure their institutional goals and visions are realized.
Our main office is based in Nairobi, Kenya. However, we have satellite offices at Mombasa City and Naivasha.
The company has acquired caravans for use by the field staff as offices for surveying and other field services. The field officers are equipped with mobile telephones, laptops and wireless internet technology which ensure that there is a continuous flow of data between the field and the Head Office.
We have access to chief materials engineer’s laboratories in:
- Nairobi
- Central provincial works office.

Thus we are also specializing in designing low cost housing.
Currently working on various schemes funded through the Constituency Development Fund and overseas NGO’s such as Action Aid and Youth Fund.
